To what extent and under what conditions can land and real estate be used as levers to develop SSE in fragile territories, particularly in the political districts of the city? With the support of Rennes Métropole, RTES is organising a national day of exchanges on Tuesday 6 November, hosted by the Ateliers du Vent in Rennes.

Tiers lieux, whether in services, crafts or agriculture, transitional allocation of premises during urban development operations, but also test areas in rural areas, many initiatives have emerged in recent years to meet several challenges: finding financially accessible premises or land for SSE actors, promoting cooperation, inter-knowledge and intermixing, allowing the pooling of resources that contributes to the economic model, and promoting the visibility of SSE activities and more broadly.

Local authorities have an important role to play in facilitating access to land for SSE actors. More broadly, if the question of land control is now emerging, it can be an important political issue for all levels of communities that have levers to act in this field. What role for the community in rethinking land as a common good?
