Ethical finance is very different from speculative finance; it’s for this reason that it allows to maintain and to increase the economic value of the savings in time and to add to the last line of the account statement a series of other values, such as respect for the environment, the fight against climate change, the right to housing, the inclusion of individuals and organizations traditionally excluded from the traditional financial circuits.

This is what emerges from the first research on ethical and sustainable finance in Europe – carried out by the Foundation Finanza Etica – and presented on November 28 in the Italian Parliament with a seminar organized jointly with partners of reference, one year after the approval of the first in Italy law that recognizes the value of ethical and sustainable finance.
