Two days for reflexion on the place that citizens should occupy in the territories dynamics

As they are defined in the French Law of July 2014, the PTCE (Territorial Hubs of Economic Cooperation) are composed of a group in a given territory of social and solidarity enterprises, territorial authorities and their entities, research centers, universities, trainings organizations and any physical or moral entity.

The MES (the French Movement for the Solidarity economy, founding member of Ripess Europe) organized two days where were gathered PTCE, territorial authorities, citizens and members of the internetwork and an informal group of animation and support to the PTCE. The ambitions was to reinvigorate the collaboration between the MES members and the PTCE around a citizen mobilisation for their long-term sustainability.
